My name is Thea. I’m 31 years old — wife, mother, daughter, sister, cousin, aunt, friend, god mother — and probably many more. I grew up in the heart of Copenhagen where I still live to this day.

I’m a trained nurse in psychiatry and have several years of experience in this field. In 2019, I found myself on a new path, as I found my way back to the holistic approach to health that I grew up with — through education, courses, therapy, and lots of studying, I started taking in clients, and since 2021, being self employed has been my full time job.

Today, my main focus is my clients and 1:1 session that I host in my studio in CPH. I also spend quite a bit of time sharing my life on Instagram and writing letters & thoughts on Substack.

I’m pretty sure that I was set in this world to help others, and to bring light into the dark. I hope to inspire you, whether it be on So-Me, though sessions, or through joining this universe that I created to gather good energy.
